Research & Problem Statement
Our proprietary lending platform stagnated in growth due to poor brand management and an old system. In order to remedy the situation, we decided to launch a new brand and build out of a similar platform to re-launch in the marketplace. Along the way we interacted with many users to define the features, brand, and design of our next platform.
